In the buildup to E3, Halo developer Bungie had a timer on its website Bungie.net, ticking down to a big announcement. Alas, mere hours before the big reveal, it was put on hold. Change of plans by the publisher, apparently. Rumours were strife that this was Halo 4 and that it would not feature Master Chief but nothing has been confirmed. The main announcment was that the covenant will be playable in Halo Wars.
